As DYMG Entertainment continues its creative onslaught on the music industry by claiming the hottest artists in the DMV, it adds another link in the chain with the signing of budding producer Justin Caine. Also known as Just-IN–– for his ability and desire to develop new trends, his fire and unique style makes him the first of his kind.
Signed exclusively to DYMG to make a living behind the boards, Justin’s introduction to the fastest rising indie label in the industry, materialized from his alliance with Shade Jenifer (signed to DYMG September 2015). Their incomparable chemistry on the breakout single “Tired of these Games” caught the ear of the Streetz Representer and DYMG impresario, DJ Young Music. As a consequence, signing the Temple Hills, Maryland talent quickly became a priority.
“It’s not normal you find a perfect producer and singer combination,” DJ Young Music said, confirming his interest in Caine. “So when it came across the table, I saw a Ginuwine/Timbaland duo to add to DYMG.”
When he’s not ‘home,’ the 20-year-old is pursuing his college degree in Audio Production at Middle Tennessee State University, where he will be a graduating senior in the fall of 2017.
Unsurprisingly adept at developing hip hop and R&B beats, Just-IN yearns to assume the responsibilities of mixing, mastering and production in the house DYMG builds.
“A lot of people don’t get an opportunity [like this],” Caine says. “Just to be with a crew that’s down to earth, is realistic and has the same hunger and grind as you, is a wonderful thing. It’s like home.”
